While ventilated bags also help keep the goods dry, they do it in a different way. Unlike a standard bag, ventilated bulk bags facilitate the flow of air and enhance air circulation to prevent the spoilage of goods stored. They also let any moisture or wetness in the good seep out from the pores.

However, ventilated bags are highly useful in storage and transportation of agricultural products like fruits, seeds, potatoes and onions, etc., as the air circulation prevents the spoilage of these perishable food items.
