We, at Emmbi Industries Limited adhere to a prescribed Laundry policy to maintain desired level of hygiene as per the BRC standard. This policy will be common to all shop floor employees of the company ensuring, everyone understand, agree and comply with them under actual operating conditions.
CleanTec Policies
Laundry & Uniform Policy
- Company provides two sets of Apron and round neck button less t-shirts to each shop floor employee.
- Employees must wash round neck button less t-shirts once in every three days. The Production Manager or supervisor may check cleanliness in case of doubt.
- Company provides clean apron which is washed once every three days to all its employees.
- Visitors are provided with clean disposable aprons for every visit. Apron is discarded after every visitor departs.
- Company recommends low residue detergents for cleaning all uniforms & aprons by employees and Laundry Company.
- Employees & Laundry company to bring all the uniforms & aprons duly covered in a clean bag without direct exposure to contamination of any kind.
- Employees shall not enter the production area without wearing uniform.
- Employees must wear the cleaned round neck button less t-shirts and apron at the change room and then enter to the production area.
- Employees are advised to not wipe hands to apron.
- Employees must keep their round neck button less t-shirts and aprons in their lockers at the Entrance only in a clean bag provided before leaving the premises.
