This policy will be common to all employees of the company ensuring, everyone understand, agree and comply with them under actual operating conditions.
- Data Security: All the mail communication to be monitored by firewall system to prevent any unauthorized intrusion. All the USB ports to always remain in “blocked” condition so that no excel data can be loaded or internal data can be copied by the user. Restricted internet access limited to company’s server is provided to the users. This will provide complete confidentiality to the Data provided by the customer.
- Backup: Company has an “online” back up system and entire back up is maintained in the Duplex Mirroring system.
- Software Usage: All the software’s used in the company are licensed and completely paid.
