We, at Emmbi Industries Limited adhere to a prescribed allergen control & handling policy to eliminate the risk of contamination by products produced as per the BRC standard. This policy will be common to all employees of the company ensuring, everyone understand, agree and comply with them under actual operating conditions.

Allergen Policy
- In accordance to the allergen management guidelines on allergen management, we recognize the following as allergens & where possible have transferred the guidelines to our product. At presently we are not processing or handling any of the allergen from the below listed allergen.
- Celery, Eggs, Fish, Wheat or gluten, Milk, Mustard, Sesame, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide, Lupin, Molluscs.
- Product formulation is defined, where we at our organization check the source of Raw material from standard suppliers whose allergen status is known & we actively avoid introducing allergens to our site.
- All the data rely based on some of the raw material datasheet input and best to their Knowledge.
- We have procedures & training for all our staff to prevent any contamination occurring on our site. Our suppliers of Raw material & packaging are risk assessed to determine the probability of unintentional presence of allergen. With this information our staff can identify allergens & allergen containing ingredients on receipt in our warehouse & store the material in designated areas.
- Where required – by the customers we are displaying the requirements of the allergen on Labelling with their approval on the packaging material.
